di sebabkan chinta hati hanya bersahur dgn seteguk air....saya mencari alternatif lain untuk chinta hati...
ye la saya sorng je yg melantak time bersahur so kesian ngan chinta hati yg tidak makan ape2 time bersahur....
jadi saya buatkan khas tuk chinta hati
strawberry yogurt smoothie
ala2 Bliss tp sj gatal xnk bli bliss konon2 nk tunjukkan kasih sayang ecehwahhh....
ingredient
fresh strawberry
4 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp sugar or to taste
ice cube
How 2 make
1. Combine all the ingredient into a blender. I use blender coz at my house dont have juice processor hihihihi
2. Blend it into a fine paste, chill.
3. Taste the mixture and sweeten with a little more sugar, if you wish.
4. Pour into glass and serve. tadaaaaaaaaaa
